Dalany Pharmacy is honestly one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with here in Erbil. Their prices are very good, and the quality of the companies they work with for medicine is excellent. I always buy from them and I highly recommend everyone to do the same, especially since they have more than one branch in Erbil. The staff are very respectful and professional. The last time I visited, I had only a small issue: I wanted to pay by card, but unfortunately they don’t accept card payments. They only accept cash or payments through FIB Bank. For someone from outside Iraq or with a bank account in another bank, this can be a problem. I kindly shared this feedback with the supervisor, and she was extremely respectful and appreciative of my recommendation. I told them this point not just for myself, but because I believe adding POS card payment would make Dalany Pharmacy even stronger in the market. Imagine if someone from outside Iraq only has a card, they would not be able to buy. The supervisor thanked me and said they will definitely consider adding this service soon. Overall, an excellent pharmacy with great prices and professional service. I look forward to seeing them improve even more!
